Who is responsible for your data
Claudio Pericón, who runs the online shop Piel de Aquí, at full registered address, Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is the controller of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

What we collect
- If you take the skin test: your name, your email and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number, plus your answers.
- If you place an order: name, phone, delivery address and what you bought.
- Browsing data: pages viewed and device, in aggregate.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. The skin test answers describe habits and skin conditions in order to recommend cosmetics; they are not a medical diagnosis and are not treated as health data.
What we use it for
- Preparing and delivering your order.
- Sending you your skin test result with the order of use.
- Answering you on WhatsApp or by email when you write.
- Telling you about new products and offers, only if you opt in.
You can opt out of that last one at any time without it affecting your order: reply "STOP" by email or on WhatsApp.
Who we share it with
Only whoever is needed to fulfil your order: the person making the delivery, and the payment platforms once they are live (Stripe and Mercado Pago, each with its own privacy policy). We do not sell your data to anyone and we do not pass it on for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for period, typically 5 years for tax reasons. Skin test and contact data is kept for as long as you want to keep hearing from us, and deleted when you ask.
Your ARCO rights
You can ask to access your data, rectify it if it's wrong, cancel it when it's no longer needed, or object to it being used for a given purpose. You can also withdraw your consent.
Write to contact email with your name, how you'd like us to reply and which right you're exercising. We answer within a maximum of 20 working days.
Data stored on your device
The shop stores your bag, your delivery zone and your skin test result in your own browser, so they survive a reload. That information does not leave your device until you decide to send us your order or leave your contact details. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
Site usage measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit and which pages they read. To do that it stores cookies in your browser with an identifier that carries neither your name nor your email.
Google acts here as a provider processing that data on our behalf. We have not enabled sharing it with Google for their own advertising products, and this measurement is never crossed with your order details. You can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on or with your browser's blocker: the site works either way.

If it changes, the new version is published here with its date.
