Who is selling
Piel de Aquí is an online shop run by Claudio Pericón, at full registered address, Tulum, Quintana Roo. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
What we sell, and what we don't
Everything in this shop is a cosmetic product. These are not medicines, they do not cure or treat any skin condition, and they do not replace a dermatologist.
The Tropical Skin Test is a product recommendation tool based on your answers about climate and habits. It is not a diagnosis. If you have a skin condition, see a healthcare professional before using any product.
Stop using a product and get in touch if irritation appears. Before using something new all over your face, patch test a small amount on your forearm for 24 hours.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Mexican pesos and include VAT.
- Prices can change; the one that applies is the one you see when you confirm.
- Right now orders are placed over WhatsApp. Once Stripe and Mercado Pago are live, you'll be able to pay by card and in interest-free instalments.
- We issue an invoice if you ask when ordering, with your tax details.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we confirm it by WhatsApp or email. We can cancel an order if something is out of stock or if there's an obvious pricing error; in that case you get a full refund.
Delivery
Zones, costs and timings are in the delivery and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Use of this site
The text, photos and design of this site belong to Piel de Aquí and cannot be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for your product arriving in good condition and being what you ordered. We are not responsible for reactions caused by using a product against its instructions, or for results that depend on factors outside the product.
None of the above limits the rights Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute can be taken to PROFECO, and failing that to the courts of city, Quintana Roo.
