Zones, costs and cut-off times
Delivery is free in any zone over $800 MXN of product.
- Pickup in Tulum — free. Ready in 2 hours.
- Tulum — $60. Today if you order before 2 pm.
- Akumal — $90. Today if you order before 1 pm.
- Puerto Aventuras — $90. Today if you order before 1 pm.
- Playa del Carmen — $90. Today if you order before 1 pm.
- Puerto Morelos — $120. Today if you order before noon.
- Cancún — $120. Today if you order before noon.
After the cut-off, your order goes out the next day. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
We deliver to hotels and rentals: leave the name the booking is under and which reception we should go to.
Shipping to the rest of Mexico
Not yet. The shop is built so this can be switched on by adding a zone, without rebuilding anything; it'll be announced here when it's live.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Message us on WhatsApp with your name and what you want to return, and we'll arrange pickup.
- If the product is unopened, you get a full refund.
- If you opened it and it didn't work for your skin, you also get a full refund — that's what the guarantee is for. We just need enough product left to see it was tried in good faith.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 working days from us collecting the product.
If something arrives wrong
If a product arrives damaged, expired or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day. We replace it at no cost and you don't return anything.
Subscriptions
Scheduled refills can be cancelled whenever you like, with no penalty and no phone call. You can pause, bring forward or push back a delivery with 48 hours' notice.
