The eco-parks around Tulum ban oxybenzone (Benzophenone-3) and octinoxate (Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate). Most travellers find out on the morning of the tour and end up buying whatever the gift shop has. Ours is 100% mineral, so it passes.

What people ask before ordering

How do I pay if there's no checkout?

Orders close over WhatsApp: the bag writes the message for you — items, zone, delivery and total — and you just send it. You pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer.

Card and instalments arrive when Mercado Pago and Stripe are connected.

Does it really arrive the same day?

Yes, inside your zone's cut-off: Tulum until 2 pm, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras and Akumal until 1 pm, Cancún and Puerto Morelos until noon. After that it goes out the next day.

No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Pickup in Tulum is ready in two hours and costs nothing.

What does “cenote-safe” actually mean?

That the sunscreen uses a mineral filter and contains no oxybenzone or octinoxate — the two ingredients they check for at the entrance to the parks and cenotes here.

It isn't our label: it's their list. You can check it on any bottle, ours or anyone else's.

Will this work for oily skin in this humidity?

Oily on the surface with tightness underneath is almost always a water problem, not an oil problem. Washing more often makes it worse.

The skin test is eight questions and gives you three or four products in the order to use them, instead of a generic list.

Can I return it if it doesn't work for me?

You have 30 days. If it doesn't work with your skin and your climate, send it back — no justification needed.

If anything arrives damaged, send me a photo on WhatsApp the same day and I'll replace it.

Do these products cure acne or rosacea?

No, and nobody selling cosmetics should tell you otherwise. These are cosmetic products, not medicines: they protect, hydrate, calm and cleanse.

A skin condition is for a dermatologist to assess. If something appears and doesn't settle, that's the appointment to make.
